At Glambery, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Promotional or discounted items marked as Final Sale

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved, Glambery will provide a return shipping label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Glambery is not responsible for lost return packages.
