At Glambery, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or discounted items marked as Final Sale

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved, Glambery will provide a return shipping label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Glambery is not responsible for lost return packages.
