Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Glambery.
